Hi, I’m Michaela, founder of Handmade Biz Club and Blue Stiggy Where, in my day job, I make handmade eco conscious notebooks and stationery that I personalise on my vintage typewriter Dorothy. I’ve sold thousands of handmade books to every continent (except Anatartica, that’s a tough one to crack)

I’m a real nerd so never stop learning about business, digital marketing and all the things that come with running a small business in the 21st century.

I love making tools resources and systems to help me to run my business. I literally do this stuff for fun, so I wanna pass it on to you cos I know that it’s probably your worst nightmare. Also I love helping people.

Once I stepped down as captain of the Nottingham Etsy Team in 2021, I started to miss helping other handmade sellers and watching their shops grow and I also missed the community around the team. So, Handmade Biz Club was born in October 2024.

You can look forward to getting hold of some of the tools, resources, systems and handmade biz knowledge that I’ve been storing up.
